Best experience yet! I originally purchased my car at future Chevy & it’s a Ford. I took it in for an issue and Chevy service advisors were so rude. They made me feel unwelcome. There was one guy from fu future Chevy & it’s a Ford. I took it in for an issue and Chevy service advisors were so rude. They made me feel unwelcome. There was one guy from future Chevy who helped me with my car he was great. Once future Ford took over my car they were on top of it all! I didn’t have to call to get updates as Andy Chacon was on top of it all. Future Ford and Andy Chacon we’re super friendly and professional. Such a difference from future Chevy. I will never take my car back in to them. Future Ford is where the great professional service is at! Thank you again Andy Chacon! More
