I had a terrible service experience. Did not complete all repairs. Sold me a part I did not need not need adding $200 to my bill. Told me they would fill DEF as part of service and did not do it. I've bought six cars from Future Ford. The last one I bought was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. It took over nine hours to trade in my car and get a new/used one. Over the first three w bought was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. It took over nine hours to trade in my car and get a new/used one. Over the first three weeks of owning the car, it was in the shop three times. The service department was very helpful and I can't say enough good things about Don Smith. However, I will never go back to Future Ford for a new/used car again. More
Super helpful and responsive. They took care of all of my needs and gave me insight on an exact picture of my vehicles health and what I could do to fix areas that were concerning. After I was told that my vehicle could use some serious repairs due to the age of it, they alleviated concerns I had regarding the cost of the repairs that it’s not totally needed and advised on the areas that they would recommend I focus on instead of just trying to sell me on the big repair cost. Would recommend these guys to everyone. Super honest and straight forward. Thank you! More
