I was in the market for a used diesel Ford F250 and came across a few at Future Ford that had everything I wanted. I am not very comfortable going to car dealerships, but I made an appointment with Pamela W across a few at Future Ford that had everything I wanted. I am not very comfortable going to car dealerships, but I made an appointment with Pamela Whitehead at Future Ford and she met me on time as scheduled. She was professional, curteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the used diesel trucks in inventory. Frankly I was refreshed with Ms. Whitehead's friendly and understanding nature. I have not had good experiences with sales people at car dealerships until now. Ms. Whitehead was very patient in allowing me to test drive several models. She was also a wealth of knowledge when it came to discussing payment plans and extended warranties. The truck prices and plans we discussed were reasonable. Overall I rate my experience at Future Ford of Sacramento as a five, which is a first for me. I recommend this Ford dealership to others and I suggest that you seek out Pamela Whitehead as your sales representative if good customer service is important to you. More
