My husband and I recently went in to trade our old 1997 F-250 and two motorcycles in for a newer truck at Future Ford of Sacramento, my experience was awesome!! Slavik was our salesman and he knew everything about each car and truck we asked about and he was not pushy at all. We ended up getting a 2007 F-150 and are so happy with our purchase. Then a week later I decided that since we had bought a 4 door F-150 that I didn't need my Expedition cause that is two gas eating cars, so we went back to Slavik and I traded my 2004 Expedition in for a 2011 Ford Fusion. My mom totaled her car so it was up to me to help her buy a new one. I had some experience with the service department, they changed my oil and did my tires and both times it was real fast. Our purchase was very enjoyable, JC was very helpful and explanatory. We had two minor problems, our license was lost at the time of purchase and when our gas tank was "filled" it was only filled to half a explanatory.
