My mom totaled her car so it was up to me to help her buy a new one. I had some experience with the service department, they changed my oil and did my tires and both times it was real fast. Frank did a good job picking out a car for my mom and the whole process ended up to be less than a couple of hours. I was able to give my mom her new car and move on with my life! More

Our purchase was very enjoyable, JC was very helpful and explanatory. We had two minor problems, our license was lost at the time of purchase and when our gas tank was "filled" it was only filled to half a explanatory. They'll tell you they sell a lot of cars. They'll tell you that gives them room to make great deals and get more financing options from lenders. But they can't make good on the offer later. My finace you that gives them room to make great deals and get more financing options from lenders. But they can't make good on the offer later. My finace bought a used car from them and they 'worked very hard' to make the deal. However, they called 3 weeks later and said they couldn't find a lender to accept the deal so she would have to come up with another $2,500 to keep the car. Don't make an offer if you can't actually get the deal done. I know they hope that the buyer will like the car so much after 3 weeks that they will find the money to complete the deal. It may not be illegal, but it IS shady business practice. Save your time and money and go to another dealer. More
