So today after Steve had told me that it would be a problem i went in and Gurdeep Randhawa couldn't help me because he said that my uncle never mentioned my name. The reality of it was probably that the sale person Martin didn't bother writing it in when my uncle used my name. I had to drive from Kerman, CA wasted my time so i am very upset with the personal there. This just tells me that they can't keep there word on the offers they make. Before coming into Future Kia of Clovis I had shopped around at plenty of other dealers, so let me tell you, this is the first and last place you want to go! Did not feel pressured at all into making a deal there and then. Did not have the best credit but Robert did a great job in presenting and explaining to me all my available finance options. Prior to my purchase I was called everyday. when I finally did go in all was great. Steve worked very hard to find me a vehicle that I could afford and what I was looking for. when the papers were all finally did go in all was great. I informed him and chris todd about the things that I found since it was not noticeable in the dark when I went to sign the paperwork ( so my suggestion to anyone that purchases a used car make sure its daytime ) I also asked prior to signing if there was an extra key for the car since the last time I purchased a car the dealership provided me with 2 keys. at first they told me "oh yea there should be another key let me go ask the guys" but to no avail a second key was not found and now they want me to pay for a second key out of my pocket ($180) which I seriously can not afford and think that the dealership should pay for since they are the ones that did not get the keys from the person that traded the car in. I also informed Steve and Chris about the cracks in the window ( 2 in the corner and one in the middle ) that are spider webbing and should have been fixed by the dealership or pointed out by them when I first went to view the car. So far no phone call back to see if something could be done about that. once they have your signature the sales guys drop you if you find any kind of issue with the car. I was telling all my friends and family at first how great they are at Kia how they work so hard to get a vehicle that you will be happy with even if you have bad credit, but now NOPE no recommendations from me. With my $30,000 pre-approved CITI BANK car loan maybe I should have gone to Honda or even Paul Blanco. I know now that I will be taking my business else where when I am ready to trade up . More
