Darren was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He was able to lead us directly to the model of car I wanted. My experience started on line. When I called the dealership I spoke with Steve Leal. We set an appointment for the following day. When I arrived Steve met me in the office and we started talking ab dealership I spoke with Steve Leal. We set an appointment for the following day. I explained what I wanted and he showed me a vehicle and we discussed the price and options on board and what was available. Steve listened and when I said I wanted leather seats and a sunroof there was no problem. The entire transaction was done in a short time and in a very friendly manner. I never felt like I was not being treated with courtesy and respect. Steve then introduced me to Hector and Quintin. Again the friendliness and courtesy and professionalism was present. Hector and Quintin did all of the paperwork needed. They were then kind enough to take our picture with our vehicle. We can't wait to pick it up next week. We purchased an immaculate Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Kia Sorrento with a Pearl White finish and tan leather seating...Overall I would rate this buying experience as THE best I have ever been through. I would not hesitate sending anyone I know to this dealership and these people. More
