great people , great place we have gone to future ford for buying a car (escape 2005, which is still in great shape and a beautiful van. all maintenance done has been excellent we have gone to future ford for buying a car (escape 2005, which is still in great shape and a beautiful van. all maintenance done has been excellent. the only problem we have ever had with it was that the gaskets dried up after 60k and had to be replaced. recently we went for an oil change and they were too slow, compared to speedy, but they did a good job and rotated the tires too, and washed the car. they go out of their way. wish they hurried up a little on the oil change & tire rotation and inspection, though., 3 hours!! also, we had the leather come off one of our door panels and they fixed it free, and were very very nice to us. it was a good experience. More

Sound Issues When I was dropping off my truck I needed the shuttle and the cashier and the shuttle driver stood there while discussing my truck issue with the serv When I was dropping off my truck I needed the shuttle and the cashier and the shuttle driver stood there while discussing my truck issue with the service writer shooting dirty looks at me and then when I go to get in the car keep in mind I'm 54 years old I am disabled and had had hand surgery 2 months ago that is a 3 + month recovery and I go to get into the car which they were already in and the driver was in the car as well and I had to go up to the driver window and ask how do I get in and the older gentleman behind him got out to let me in an I had to climb over the seat, which wasn't good for me and then I asked him if he was coming over to a certain area which is where I live and he goes we'll get to that after I drop off the first customer and I'm like okay he was a very rude young man. Thankfully the men said take her first because her stop is closer than mine. Bless the male passenger's. I spoke to Mr. Fisher regarding the issue and he sent Bob he was great. Mr. Fisher was great too. More
