Buyers Beware: I bought a Chevy Cruze 2011 back in September 2023 for a total of $8000 including registration. The car has about 108000 miles on it. There were a few tell-tale signs that something could be wrong with its inability to accelerate and take on hills, but the car was running okay until the 4 month mark when I noticed an oil and coolant leak under the hood. I didn't contact the dealer, but I took it to a mechanic who diagnosed the car with a cracked cylinder head (cost of $2200), including first quoting replacements of all sorts of things on it (water pump,thermostat housing, and radiator hoses for $2800)… they honestly just recommended I sell the car it is in such poor shape. Don’t make the mistake I did by purchasing from this dealer because I am left a with a loan in a car that needs thousands in repairs. I got a couple of calls from the dealer roughly 2 months after purchasing to leave them a good review, but didn't answer at the time because it was too soon. To be clear, I didn't have the extended warranty that they offer and I didn't call the dealer once I started having issues since my 3 months warranty had already expired. Once I contacted them they were responsive and nice, but the only help they can technically offer is being sorry and saying may be able to find a cheaper fix to it. I extremely regret working with them. When I purchase a vehicle for this price, I would expect it can run at least 6 months without issues, but I wouldn’t trust this dealer to ensure any level of quality in the cars they sell. My first mistake was going there in the first place. Second was not purchasing the extended warranty nor bringing the car to them once it started to have issues (though there is no guarantee that would have helped either based on some of the other reviews on here). Ironically it's been about a year since my last horrible experience here. Thought i would give then another chance. Again did pre approval online to again have no one reach out. Not only that but stopped by the dealership to be ignored by a older gentleman washing vehicles and a lady who the older gentleman said she knew the owners. No hi no anything. Felt extremely unwelcome. Prices seem high but that's everywhere. Unfortunately I do hold companies that promote themselves as a Christian business to a higher standard because they put that higher standard on themselves.
