I bought my Ford certified F-150 at G. Stone around Thanksgiving time 2019. I brought it in for my first service of an oil change and tire rotation a couple weeks ago. I informed the G. Stone service team of an unusual noise I had been hearing for about a week prior to my appointment. They completed my regular service as well as identified the unusual noise and had it all fixed within a couple hours. Additionally, my sales person Justin, had the service team wave the cost of the noise repair as I just bought the vehicle a few months ago. This team is top notch, and every interaction I have had with them has been first rate. Jason’s kind act of taking care of my noise issue at no charge earned him a customer for life. Thanks Jason!! I’ve worked with many dealers in my car buying life, but none that have come close to the professionalism of the team at G Stone. costly service I was having my car oil and filter change along with state inspection. I was told that to get inspected, I would need To get all new brakes. DEF tank heater was bad They trouble shot the codes and fixed the problem. Seems to be fine now and i have no complaints .
