Though Derek was new to working with new car sales, he was helpful and did not hesitate to ask others for assistance in answering questions as needed. I have bought all of my cars for the past ten years in Cleveland and Columbus but I will not travel far again. I submitted my credit application right away and the next day I was contacted by Sarah Joyce the Finance Manager. I had credit problems over the last couple of years but she was able to get me financed with out any problems. When I stoppped in to pick up my car everything was ready and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I have been driving my new car for over two months with no problems. My experience purchasing a new Buick Regal with Bruce Yochheim at Joyce Buick was very positive. Although there was no negotiation of price of the new car because I was eligible for GM Employee pricing, Yochheim at Joyce Buick was very positive. Bruce was very thorough in seeing that all possible incentives were applied to the purchase of the new Regal, and made the transition of getting a new car easier by contacting my insurance agent to inform them of the new car purchase. When I picked up my Regal, Bruce was very accommodating and took the time to explain all the features of the car, radio, driver information center, HVAC controls and activated the On-Star system.
