The staff was friendly when I dropped my truck off. Communication was good, Repairs work was quick. When i was contacted for pick up the caller did not have the cost total for me, he did call back15 minutes later. No one really acknowledged me when I walked in for several minutes and the mechanic left greasy fingerprints on my front fender and the door handle. I was surprised my truck wasn't cleaned. More
The only thing I would suggest is having a better system for the shuttle. I specifically called the morning before my appt. at 1 and asked if I would be able to get a ride to another appointment less than for the shuttle. They said I should be there around 12:30 and the drivers are available during lunch hour. When I arrived at 12:30 they said the shuttle was taking someone to another town which was at least a 45 min drive round trip. They did find someone to take me in my own car to my appt., which I appreciate, but I had to beg with them because I don't live in Spokane so didn't have someone else to pick me up. It would be easier for me to have my oil changed in the town I live in with an independent mechanic, but I have tried to continue to give Riverfront Buick my business. Had I known it would be a problem to use the shuttle, I would have scheduled my appointment for another time. I would suggest they implement a limit to how many miles they shuttle people to keep the time down. If not then set up an appointment system to use the shuttle. More
