Work took 2 days when 6 hrs should have been plenty. Apt was at 830, when I left at 945 my vehicle was setting out side.. told vehicle would be ready by 3-4pm that day. I was called and informed not going to be ready. I was assured it would be ready by noon the next day. It was 2pm when I finally got it. Part of my work was under the "warranty forever" and was taken care of. When I was told of repair needs, I was told that in the past both issues I had were covered under warranty. I was informed when I came in for repair only part was covered.(was I lied to or major change in warranty service). The paid for service was reduced by about $100, I appreciate that. I will continue to have my service done here.

At first I bought a Buick sub-compact SUV, didn't notice on a short test drive that it didn't have enough leg room for a 6 ft. tall person. On the way home I tried to get the driver's seat to go back further but it was already as far back as it could go. The driver's seat would not go back near as far as the passenger seat. Went back next day and after some negotiation this Robideaux Dealership allowed me to exchange-trade for a GMC Terrain AT-4 that did have enough leg room and they reduced the price to less than $1000 difference when the sticker price was some $5000 additional. Wasn't our preferred color but it was acceptable. The Terrain was similiar sized to our low mileage 2015 Chevy Equinox that we traded in for most of half the original price. We would recommend them to others and recommend that others pay more attention to their comfort in their possible vehicle purchase than I did.
