Work took 2 days when 6 hrs should have been plenty. Apt was at 830, when I left at 945 my vehicle was setting out side.. told vehicle would be ready by 3-4pm that day. I was assured it would be ready by noon the next day. It was 2pm when I finally got it. Part of my work was under the "warranty forever" and was taken care of. When I was told of repair needs, I was told that in the past both issues I had were covered under warranty. I was informed when I came in for repair only part was covered.(was I lied to or major change in warranty service). The paid for service was reduced by about $100, I appreciate that. I will continue to have my service done here. More

Just had my truck in for a recall issue on my engine. Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. I needed a ride, so they sent a driver to pick me up, and Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. I needed a ride, so they sent a driver to pick me up, and by the time I arrived at the dealership, it was after hours, but Jonathan stayed to let me know what they did to my truck. Complete failure. Service rep could not find the problem when it was described to him in detail. I am not a mechanic but know what the problem is. I gave every detail needed to make the proper diagnostic with ease. When picking up the vehicle was told my manager and I drove the vehicle together and we couldn't hear the sound. The stereo was at a volume that no one could have heard the obvious malfunction, when I got into the car upon pick up. Then the service rep told me that he could not justify the parameters needed to replace the part on warranty. So you refuse to do what is right knowing what's wrong with my vehicle because it's to hard to get the money from the warranty company? Maybe you should have kept your job at jiffly lube steve, drain plugs are easy to replace! More

Steve took care of my immediate need. The coolant tank was spraying leaking all over. The week or so before the coolant leak was fixed. All I got was voice mail as I called in. ThenI called the Dealership and the young man who said he was new and didn’t know yet of those in the Service dept. went and found someone asap. Steve called asap. I was in traffic downtown as my car was way overheated and yelling at me. Please kuddos to the young salesman. Thank you. In two hours I went home. More
