Tech lied. Issue was a screw came loose on overhead console again. Previously fixed by dealership. Tech wanted to replace sunglass holder for $300. This dealership is in great need of a few more employees. The shop was so busy and there were not enough employees to help the customers booked for appointments. Once my car was left for repair I was unable The shop was so busy and there were not enough employees to help the customers booked for appointments. Once my car was left for repair I was unable to make contact with the service dept by phone they never answered their phone and the one time that I did get connected with a human our call was disconnected. There was not one person who could give me a status of the repair being performed on my car. Failure to communicate with your customer is beyond frustrating . I will not return to this dealership for service repairs again . More
