This shop used to give me excellent service. I used to trust them and give a lot of great reviews. The last 2 times I have been in I feel I did not get good service at all. I went in for an oil I used to trust them and give a lot of great reviews. The last 2 times I have been in I feel I did not get good service at all. I went in for an oil change and the heat last summer cause the glue on my rear view mirror and my mirror fell, I requested it fixed. They told me to go to Safelite. Yesterday I asked them to look at the sensor for my rear tire as the signal has said it had 0 psi, for a week now. When I picked it up, first the girl said they reset it and if the light comes back on to bring it back. Then when I got in the car the light came back on, I told the girl and she said that they had rotated my tires and now the sensors have to "relearn" something?. I have been driving it quite a bit and it still hasn't learned anything. I told them I'm going to Montana in a week and feel very uncomfortable having any warning lights on. More

Would like to talk to a live person to schedule appointments as in the past. Seemed to have a lot of salesman walking to and from restrooms instead of answering phones as in the past dealership. I made an appointment for my vehicles’ oil change and tire rotation at 8:30am. The vehicle was dropped off at 8:15am. By 1pm I was told that service had not been initiated yet. This is horribly unaccepta tire rotation at 8:30am. The vehicle was dropped off at 8:15am. By 1pm I was told that service had not been initiated yet. This is horribly unacceptable. I asked for my vehicle and was then assured that it would be done in 30 minutes. I was very disappointed in the lack of accountability and communication throughout my appointment. I received my car at 1:45 that day and will not return to this dealership for future business. More
