Becker Buick GMC - Service Center

The directions to the service center were not clear. Its not at the Becker Lot listed on the internet. A customer gave us instructions as there was no one there and door was locked. When I picked up the car, I was told everything was fine. They said everything was great and found nothing wrong except they couldn't fix the air pressure signal on the computer end of it. They said that was no big deal. Front Desk and Tech were both super polite. I feel the price was a real value if they actually did anything. I didn't get any paperwork so I don't know what they did. They said they looked the car over and found nothing but the tire pressure thing and they changed the oil. I am assuming from that, the car has no issues. More

I usually loathe when anything “mechanical” is required on my vehicle, because outside of an oil change I don’t understand the mechanics of an engine, I have to trust that the people I take my car to on my vehicle, because outside of an oil change I don’t understand the mechanics of an engine, I have to trust that the people I take my car to are honest, good at what they do, and leave me with the feeling that I’ve been dealt fairly with at the end of the day. I have found this with Becker Buick, now GMC Riverfront. I would recommend their services to anyone. More

I have been getting my oil changed every 6 months for 8 years bcuz the service dept. told me i had to, to keep my warranty valid. I called the warranty company at a friends suggestion toand they said, no, years bcuz the service dept. told me i had to, to keep my warranty valid. At 215 I told them to light a fire as I had another appt at 3; 30 miles away. A service tech overheard our conversation and he went out to see what the hold up was and managed to get the ball rolling. The receptionist was irritated by my needs. She held it together, but definitely came across as annoyed. I won't be back. I was hoping for a reduced cut on this oil change and mentioned it to the tech, when i checked in and he said he would see what he could, but when I paid the bill I was running so late I didn't have time to start the conversation with the receptionist.
