I went to dealership on 3/26/24. Didn’t sign papers. Days later I was told to sign bc of purchasing after told vehicle was at Chevrolet bc seatbelt recall.Then I was told something was being order for the vehicle.Come to find out,Kevin lied.He didn’t suppose to get check til vehicle came in. I was texted about vehicle in on 3/14/24 & was not satisfied.Come to find out,he sent check in to be cashed before vehicle was at dealership & seen by buyer.I wasn’t given paperwork or nothing. I wouldn’t never purchased that vehicle in that condition.The upper management admit Kevin was wrong & the lies I was told.But yet doesn’t want to refund. More

Horrible I got a vehicle from salesman BEN. After A month Because my job changed payroll companies i was told i had to return vehicle. That was fine because in I got a vehicle from salesman BEN. I work 12 hr shifts so i had my sister drive 2 1/2 hours there because they lost the key to my car so i had to get the spare key. The general manager WILLIAM WHITMORE TOLD MY SISTER I COULD NOT BE REFUNDED BY CHECK IT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO MY CARD. Again Another issue for me bc my sister needed that money for gas BUT NOBODY CARED. Cashiers KEPT HANGIN UP ON ME. They said THEY CANT REFUND ME MY MONEY UNTIL GABE ROWE OKAY IT BUT GABE ROWE DID NOT OKAY IT FOR THEM TO TAKE IT. Nightmare!!! First and foremost, I was quoted a price of $1300 dollars to fix my timing belt on my Nissan Maxima. Despite, living in another county and a history o First and foremost, I was quoted a price of $1300 dollars to fix my timing belt on my Nissan Maxima. Despite, living in another county and a history of past problems with Gabe Rowe and another vehicle I purchased from them I decided to give them another chance to service my vehicle. After dropping off my car I was contacted by a Gabe Rowe associate some thirty minutes later telling me my car would cost an additional $900...with no REAL expectation why! According to the service manager "I told him the wrong car year," which was a complete bold face lie! As if that wasn't bad enough the rental car that they "paid for" didn't come with insurance, so in addition to paying for the car repairs I had to pay for the rental insurance out of my pocket! Because of the increase in cost and lack of professionalism I decided to forgo the the repairs through Gabe Rowe. Upon entering the service office the service manager tries to bill me for the rental they promised to pay for because I choose not to spend some $2000+ dollars for something that I was told would cost $1300! We literally went back and forth over a $35 dollar one day rental fee because he felt his million/billion dollar COMPANY could not afford to cover the $35.00 rental because I the INDIVIDUAL decided I did not want to pay them an additional $900! After this issue the service manager thought it was a good idea to ask me to leave my car for them to service my airbags because of a recent recall! I spent $22 dollars on rental insurance and 2 1/2 hours bringing and dropping off my car to only leave with the same problem I came with. I will never, ever go to Gabe Rowe anything for any reason!!! I will not go there even if I break down in front of their place of business! This was an absolute waste of time and one of the most horrible car experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend Gabe Rowe for anything, zilch, zero, nada! More

Drove in I95 traffic day after christmas to see Mr Rowe about new car. Salesman said Rowe would not quote over phone but would meet or beat another dealers price (which we had told them) if we would just d about new car. Once we arrived they made us wait 20 min while they worked out that they could not match prices. Totally pissed!! Waste of time and money trying to work with this dealership. More

I recently purchased a brand new 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5S from Ed Padin at Bill Rowe Nissan. I had been comparing cars and prices for about 3 months. I narrowed it down to a camry or an Altima. I liked the c from Ed Padin at Bill Rowe Nissan. I had been comparing cars and prices for about 3 months. I narrowed it down to a camry or an Altima. I liked the camry, but found the Altima to be much more roomy. One deciding factor was that I didn't feel comfortable with the manager i spoke to at the Toyota dealership. It felt as though we were playing a game the whole time. When is spoke to Ed Padin It was totally different. I told him what i wanted and what i could afford. he said he would do the best to match my needs. NO GAMES!. I got a great deal and exactly the car i wanted. They even beat the price that another Nissan dealership had quoted and the car was the exact color we wanted. I don't know the other salesmen, but Ed Padin, Derrick and Jeff (the manager i think) are all great to deal with. Dave in financing did a fantastic job as well. 5.5% interest in less than half an hour! i would reccomend them in a heartbeat. I plan to get a truck soon and i will certainly be going back to them FIRST! More
