Nothing coordinated via "dealer make ready". Waited over 4.5 hours for the car to be made ready, While waiting others in the room were waiting for oil changes to be completed .... comment I he Waited over 4.5 hours for the car to be made ready, While waiting others in the room were waiting for oil changes to be completed .... comment I hears was Jiffy Lube wouldn't keep me waiting 2 hours. I had to ask and ask for status on work to be completed (on my NEW 2025 Van) just to be told it was on the way (a couple of times), but on the way never arrived. Bottom line, I was told the job would take approximately 30 - 60 minutes to complete, This was the 4.5 hours I waited (for the 30 - 60 minutes job). BTW, I purchased the BEST service option. Now I wonder ....... More

I made an appointment and was advised it would take 30 minutes. Over 2 1/2 hours later I was out of there. They were gracious enough to wash my truck before they gave it back to me, even though it did no minutes. Over 2 1/2 hours later I was out of there.
