The whole transaction was going quite smoothly, the car was advertised for 3000 miles on it when I picked it up after signing all the documents and driving the car was advertised for 3000 miles on it when I picked it up after signing all the documents and driving home 75 miles away. I noticed that there was 9000 miles on the car a 6000 difference. Low mileage is what intrigued me to purchase the car. Now I find out that this was a loaner car I guess for other customer who knows I thought Gainsville was a reputable dealer now I’m not so sure. I could see a few extra miles on it. But NOT 6000 more. Hopefully we can come to a proper agreement. The whole ordeal kind of took the joy out of buying a new car…. More

Eric Palmer was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He would get a 5 rating. When the manager got involved it devolved into the high pressure tactics that car dealers are known for. We had decided to come back Friday to finish the deal and put down a deposit. They tried to push it through that day but the financial manager never met with us to go through the number ls, many of which were unclear and had either not been mentioned or mentioned in passing during the sale.
