I purchased my Jeep from Gainesville and selected the Extended Warranty. As I found out, this was not an Jeep Extended Warranty. 1) Had tp provide a record of service from Honda. 2) Had to provide a r Extended Warranty. As I found out, this was not an Jeep Extended Warranty. 1) Had tp provide a record of service from Honda. 2) Had to provide a record of Oil Changes. 3) Had to pay for parts not covered under the Extended Warranty. $1,900 later and 2 week, I got my Jeep back. I now realize that because this wasn't an issue with your shop. Taylor from the Service Dept. was patient and helpful. More
