It took almost 4 months to get my car fixed from the time I made my initial appointment due to the lack of communication and forgetfulness of the service department. Additionally, it took a week to even diag I made my initial appointment due to the lack of communication and forgetfulness of the service department. Additionally, it took a week to even diagnose the problem a previous shop had diagnosed in <1 hr, causing me to spend ~$700 on a rental car (since they don't offer loaner vehicles). Additionally, I was told a part was back ordered for two months - turns out, it wasn't ordered in the first place. Once it was, my car was fixed in less than a week. If I could have gotten the issue fixed anywhere else, I would have. Unfortunately, it was an issue only an authorized dealer could address. More

Was worried about the qualifier the service writer gave me about air bag recall replacement. “We can’t be responsible if parts in your dash are broken during the install due to the age of the car”.
