I need to convey the great experience my wife and I had at Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram yesterday. When I saw the used Jeep truck I was looking for online, I called and spoke with Rachelle Pruitt, o at Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram yesterday. When I saw the used Jeep truck I was looking for online, I called and spoke with Rachelle Pruitt, one of their managers. She promptly located the keys to the vehicle to confirm it was still available, which I very much appreciated. Rachelle took my information and connected me with one of the best sales specialists that I have ever worked with before, Jansen Johns. Jansen promptly sent me a video of himself in front of their truck introducing himself and giving me a video walkthrough of the vehicle. That was a fantastic tool, for not only seeing the truck inside and out but also getting to meet Jansen. After some quick communications back and forth regarding my trade we made a meeting for us to drive two hours to the dealership the next day. That evening Jansen sent me another video of the truck showing he had it ready for us. Once we arrived the following day we were warmly greeted by Jansen and their sales manager Kevin Johns. While Kevin reviewed our trade-in we test drove their truck. I had a couple of questions about their vehicle which Jansen very promptly addressed and he resolved any concerns on my part. Jansen has a great personality, very caring, quick to answer any questions and very efficient. In closing the deal I spoke with Kevin and after a quick negotiation in price (which he worked with me to accommodate) we shook hands and done. Kevin is very trustworthy and friendly. He had some great suggestions on things we can do in Florida with our new to us Jeep. While Jansen had our vehicle detailed we met with John Robin in the finance department. He got us in and out quickly, and also was kind enough to put VIN etchings on our windows himself while we were there. All in all, the best experience I have ever had with a dealership of any kind. And I have purchased many cars through my 60 plus years. I highly recommend this dealership, they make you feel like part of the family. Great job Gainesville team!!! More
