Power steering went out in 1 yr old vehicle. Had brought in on 2/5/24 and vehicle wasn't even looked at until 2/19/24. 2 Weeks?? I will admit it up front, I am not an easy customer to deal with. But Daniel was given a task of finding a specific vehicle with specific features AND at a price that was non negotiable for me. When he texted and said he located it, I drove right over. There was a a slight delay in having the vehicle delivered to the dealer but again, based on the photos that Daniel showed me and the reassurances made by Daniel, I purchased the vehicle sight unseen with the promise that it would be delivered to my house the following evening. True to his word, Daniel pulled up to my home at 6:30pm and delivered the vehicle to me. Could not have asked for better service. Service was great! I was very pleased with my car. Brandon made sure the recall was done. I needed new window whippers, he called me. I told him to go ahead & replace. I was very pleased with my car.
