Oil filter wasn't changed out. After coming back pointing this out to them Logan and Shawn refused to believe me and defended their stance and didn't believe me. I know everyone makes mistakes but they refuse to own up to theirs and lost me as a loyal customer there they didn't even want to listen at my concerns and didn't want to see them proof that I had.
