Service was terrible. Alignment was incorrectly done and not verified in October. It has since ruined several tires. Very poor service and will no longer be purchasing dodge vehicles and will never recommend your dealership again. More

I had a tremendous experience at Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM last week. I was greeted by a very friendly staff who took time to talk to me about the type of vehicles I was interested in. They also set up time and a vehicle for me to test drive and then had on delivered from another dealership that met the spec's I was looking for with no hastle. The purchase process was quick and the management and finance team members were a pleasure to work with.
