Services agent was horrible at communicating ETA. My car was dropped off on the 11/21 and available for pick up in 12/19. Do the math. I would call and find out he would be gone or off work when I should have expected to get an update I was charged 187.00 to evaluate the BROKEN heater core. It doesn’t fix itself. My quote from April for the heater core replacement was the same as in November so a waste of 187.00 to tell me something we all already knew. Logan also tried to GASLIGHT me via text message and blame me for not being aware of expected dates or parts needing to be ordered - that he did not inform me of (again because he would leave work and not follow up). Him and all the agents lack all customer service. And to top it off - they left old parts in my car for pick up. Basically this place is horrible. I’ll go to the Nissan dealership next door. More
