Fantastic customer service, there was a truck that I wanted to buy but is was not on there lot. I spoke to Ms. Shelby and she went out of her way to go pick up the truck that was being lent out to a wor wanted to buy but is was not on there lot. The cost of repairing my dodge is astronomical. The parts for repairs are $300 at most but y’all quoted me $3,300 to fix. Horrific experience! I’m from Fort Lauderdale and was on a road trip to Atlanta and my truck broke down in Gainsville. It stayed in your shop for almost 6 months. Meanwhile you guys wouldn’t provide me with a loaner. So I had to rent out of pocket for almost 6 months. Finally got a call my truck was ready to drove up to Gainsville. Asked multiple times … are you sure this truck is good and ready for a 4 hour drive. They told me of course and obviously because we fixed it. It broke down 1 hour into my trip. Worst service of my entire life. You get negative stars. More
