Jeep service desk has the worse customer service in the world. I am so sad I purchased my car from Jeep. The service desk manager and employees is extremely rude and not knowledgeable about cars that they world. I am so sad I purchased my car from Jeep. The service desk manager and employees is extremely rude and not knowledgeable about cars that they sell. When I told the employees I am dissatisfied with their service, the employees chase me to my car and told me if I am not happy then I should never come back. I explained I brought my car from jeep and I expect more from this dealership. The man chase me to my car and I was scared for my life, I had to call the police. Please be careful at Gainevsille Jeep dealership. If you have a choice, do not buy no car from this place. More
