Thought everything was good then the closer got irate when I wouldn’t buy a extended warranty, the truck still 60,000 Mile factory warranty, then they said they serviced the truck, I drove it home check when I wouldn’t buy a extended warranty, the truck still 60,000 Mile factory warranty, then they said they serviced the truck, I drove it home checked the oil,didn’t even show on the dip stick took it to the local oil change place they showed me the oil that came out of the truck looked like mud ( thick and black) the motor called for 0-40 synthetic , absolutely clear. So I thought…never could receive proper documentation from finance to purchase the vehicle, waited 3 HOURS, Service Manager then produced vehicle..dirty, filthy with 3k ADDT’L miles. Finance Dept repeatedly attempted force for me to use their financing when I came into the building with my OWN MONEY! Finally…left without a vehicle, aggravation, time wasted. VERY UNETHICAL. More
