The service area is always so efficient helpful. I always ask for Kristin because her customer service is above the standard I expect. Service was great. Liked that I got an email of inspection report while waiting, gave me time to review before being put on the spot to decide what I wanted done. In my recent visits: Jaime assisted me in getting my right front axle repaired. Scott assisted me in having multiple flushes done, pricing and having installed a new set of tires, an oil change and thro right front axle repaired. Very accommodating to a last minute appointment when my truck battery failed just 5 days after a different dealer did a 30,000 mile service and said everything was fine! Sunday night my truck turbo charger said it went out got a hotel showed up at 6:30 and they said there are four days behind. I had to take my 2025 ram truck back for a recall. I called and made an appointment with the advisor who told me it would take about an hour. I had another appointment 3 hours after this appointment, I called and made an appointment with the advisor who told me it would take about an hour. I had another appointment 3 hours after this appointment, figuring I’d have plenty of time. They had my truck for 2.5 hours and said that they needed more time because after doing the recall update there was a low oil warning light on that wasn’t on before. The service advisor told me that the oil level was fine they just couldn’t figure out how to fix the warning light. I had to leave for my next appointment and I was told that I would have to come back to the dealership to fix the problem they created. I was late for my appointment and had to reschedule it because the service department didn’t give me my truck back in time even after I explained I had another appointment to keep. I returned to the dealership service center after my failed appointment and after another 45 minutes waiting the service advisor told me they had drained out my oil that I had just had changed and saw that it was half a quart low and that was the problem. They told me that they were filling it up and it would be fine. I don’t have a clue what kind of oil they put back in my truck but I’m very suspicious that it wasn’t the same oil I had paid for from another service center. I find it very hard to believe that one minute my oil level is fine but then they claim to drain it and find out it’s low. I had driven over 200 miles after the oil change and no warning lights came on. Very dissatisfied with this entire dealership and service center. More
