Technician work was perfect. Communication with the service advisor was poor. After drop off, could not actually talk to the service advisor. Communication was done via email. Ended up taking 8 days. Apparently, after drop off it takes several days before the vehicle is assigned to a technician. Once the tech had the vehicle was done very quickly and professionally. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, the service advisor was unable to find the keys. Had to wait while they were located. Be forewarned, the service work is good but communication with the service advisors is lacking. More

Made appointment, was told car could be looked at soon. Kept getting pushed back over the weekend. Had to plan out with my wife who would have our other car for six days before someone even looked at my Kept getting pushed back over the weekend. Pretty unacceptable behavior. I could understand a day or two, but caused a massive pain for us for a week while our car was just sitting on their lot doing NOTHING but waiting and getting pushed further and further back. More
