This lot personifies why car dealerships get a bad rep.. I went to this lot to buy a used vehicle with a down payment of $7000. The woman that handles financing Chelsea Davis applied my down payment everywhere except on the truck. She purchased a 3rd party warranty that actually gave the dealership money every time I made a payment on the vehicle, Upon trying to cancel she consistently REFUSED to cancel it.. Had to get another finance person to do it while she was on vacation. Once finally going back up there to sign papers to get it canceled she told me that I would get a refund of the difference.. Only to find out that I was not getting a refund.. Instead the money was sent to the lender without the option of refinancing the vehicle to get the lower payment that I was trying to get in the 1st place. Don't make the same mistake that I did going here.. Bad business to the 4th power!!! This place screwed me on so many levels, wish I never went here. I've bought more vehicles in my life than I can remember but never took a screwing like Gale Toyota gave me... With no vaseline!!! More

I got screwed. My car is less than a year old.and I've put so much money into it. I should have walked away when they kept stressing to me over and over that I was My car is less than a year old.and I've put so much money into it. I should have walked away when they kept stressing to me over and over that I was buying it as is. The finance guy just kept saying a lot of people don't understand that when buying a used car. I honestly didn't think it could be that bad, but it is. I was stuck because I already gave up my lease at the Nissan dealer because they couldn't buy it out. I had no choice but to go thru with the sale. Multiple brake jobs. Electrically issues, today I found out that I need a very expensive head light assembly. I owe more than the car is worth at this point so I'm not sure that to do. It really scares me to even work with any dealers in the future!!! More
