I had bought several new cars from another dealer in the past, but when I went to purchase my next one there I fond things had changed<br>and it wasn't as friendly as it had been in the past. A co-worker had recently purchased a Highlander (which is what I bought and recommended that I go see Steve at Gale Toyota in Enfield. What a breath of fresh air!!! Not only did he know what he was talking about as far as the features I wanted, but there was NO pressure to buy today and the typical car sales stuff you hear about or experience. They located my Highlander I wanted ( no charge) equipped as I wanted and at the price agreed on. I have since recommended them to at least five people and all have bought there. They now have a customer for life. More
