Gale Toyota was a breath of fresh air after having such an awful experience at another very well known dealership in CT. My family and I went to Gale Toyota because they had just received the exact used ca an awful experience at another very well known dealership in CT. My family and I went to Gale Toyota because they had just received the exact used car I was looking to purchase. Walking into the dealership was genuinely a great experience. All of the staff was welcoming, kind, and they were busy which to me is always a sign that they have loyal customers and provide good service. When I initially called to make an appointment to test drive the vehicle, I was assigned to Barbara and she was the person who made the experience as pleasant as it was. Her smile is contagious and she assured everything went smoothly with the rest of the departments. She also made sure my car was well cleaned and detailed as it has been previously owned by someone with dogs. I was very happy with Barbara and Gale Toyota as a whole and would absolutely come back in the future to purchase another vehicle. More

Barbara and Chelsea helped me out tremendously getting the car I had my eyes on. After many money crunches and indecisiveness (from me 🤣), they were able to get me into the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, and mad the car I had my eyes on. After many money crunches and indecisiveness (from me 🤣), they were able to get me into the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, and made the process easy to understand as well as being very helpful and kind.
