Barbara was amazing and has the patience of a saint! It was so great to work with her! I was even driving home and noticed a crack in the windshield that I did not see when I was test driving. She had me turn around she checked it out took pictures and said she would she would let the manager know. The only down fall was she called saying they had sealed it but I can still feel the crack. There has been no resolution to date which is disappointing. You would think selling a car with a crack in its windshield you would replace it rather than seal it which I know is not Barbara’s fault. Now I will need to use my deductible on my insurance because the manager said the crack was sealed More
