This dealer and it's employees jerked me around for 3 days! I tried to buy a car from this dealer. We were there on three different days. The first day we were there we were looking at a silver charger. As we I tried to buy a car from this dealer. We were there on three different days. The first day we were there we were looking at a silver charger. As we were looking at it with our salesman Al, another salesman came by and said "if you want this car you better buy it I have another customer coming in that wants it bad". Not three minutes later a third salesman comes by and says "I have a customer coming in to buy that car"??? I thought this was strange that all the sudden everyone wanted the same car as me (the car had been on their lot for over 2 months). On day two we were looking at a red charger and a unknown salesman says " are you going to buy that car? I have someone coming in to buy it later." I responded " Oh no problem I don't need to test drive it. You can have it for your customer....they were here fist" He started back peddling said " Oh my customer isn't coming in until tomorrow, and a lot of times we have no shows". Next -We started negotiating on the price of the silver charger, but after an hour plus of run-around with the salesman and the manager we walked out. On day three we were speaking with our salesman Al and he said he could sell us the car for $500 less than they had quoted on day two, but that we had to come in right away, because another salesman had a customer that wanted the car. We were on our 22 mile drive to the dealer when our salesman Al calls and asks when will you be here? I responded in about 20 mins. we're on our way now. He says "another salesman has the keys to the Silver charger and I'm is trying to get them from him (the other salesman). When we arrived our salesman Al says "I have the keys, and I have all the paperwork right here in this folder to complete the sale" I respond with okay, let's do the paperwork. At that point Al says "I need to go speak with my manager". He leaves and lets us sit in his empty office. When he returns he says " I can sell you the car for the price I quoted you on the phone. The other salesman has a buyer at a higher price who's coming in later!" About that time an unknown person walks buy and asks Al through the door "do you have the deal number?" Al responds "yes". Then he says to us "I'll be right back" I say "Al I'm being jerked around and I ready to walk out of here" He leaves and one minute later I say to my wife we're being lied to lets go....and we leave! I'm the director of finance for a large US company, if we treated our customers like this we would be out of business. This was the worst display of customer service I seen in 50 years! Don't let these crooks waste your time like they did mine. They are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to integrity. More

Horrible Customer Service....DO NOT GO TO GALEANA CHRYSLER I had just purchased a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica when the check engine light came on. It was still covered under warranty, so I called Galeana to s I had just purchased a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica when the check engine light came on. The lady on the phone said they were booked for appointments for the next several weeks, but it looked like the service department was slow at the moment. I hopped in my car and drove 5 minutes down the road to Galeana. The guy told me they would need to keep my car for week to diagnose and did not provide loaner cars. I am a working mom with two kids and that doesn't fly with me! They were totally unwilling to help me! I called Cape Coral Chrysler and had my car fixed that same day. I will NEVER go to Galena again, even if it is only 5 minutes away. They need to rethink their customer service department! Worst I have ever seen. More
