Service issues...some taken care of, some NOT Galeana Chrysler service department had my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country for one week. I gave them a list of 6 items that needed repairing. They coul Galeana Chrysler service department had my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country for one week. I gave them a list of 6 items that needed repairing. They could NOT find issues in 2 of these items. As soon as I drove off the premises after getting the van back, one issue started immediately. Today the other issued reared it 's ugly head and I almost backed over someone in a Walmart parking lot and the guy had a shopping cart to boot. Needless to say that the rear bumper sensors still do NOT WORK even thought they say they can't see a problem with them. This issue has been ongoing since their collision department repaired the van after a rear collision 4 YEARS AGO! Because they couldn't fix the van within a couple of days (I had an appointment), I requested that I have a loaner until they could completely fix the van. They said that they'd get back to me...NEVER HAPPENED. I had a coupon for 10% off parts and labor and after I got home, they only gave me 10% off the labor and NOT parts! My bill was over $1,200! More
