Horrible Customer Service This dealership has the absolute worst customer service. We were told that a Jeep Wrangler we were interested in was in stock, and after pulling our c This dealership has the absolute worst customer service. We were told that a Jeep Wrangler we were interested in was in stock, and after pulling our credit we were then told that it was a mistake and not in stock. Our salesperson, Kevin Denson informed us that because the vehicle was not in stock we must order it, so we did. We dealt with Mr. Kevin Denson for 2 months sending multiple emails and calling for the status of our vehicle and he would NEVER follow-through. We even drove the 2 hours to speak to a manager, and still never got a response. After multiple attempts we decided to go with another dealership. I would beware of Galeana Jeep pulling your credit report without truly having a vehicle in place. Do not waste your time in this dealership. Go elsewhere! More
