The experience I had today while car shopping is embarrassing and disgusting . Upon Arriving I spoke with a salesman by the name of Rich Seibert and he made it aware that he was with other customers embarrassing and disgusting . Upon Arriving I spoke with a salesman by the name of Rich Seibert and he made it aware that he was with other customers “ Which I believe was a lie “ so he handed us off to another guy by the name of Peter Mekhael which I’ve dealt with before when I came into Kia to car shop about 2 months ago. . I noticed when Rich went to speaking with Peter Mekhael that Peter Mekhael immediately had an attitude and didn’t want to assist us either because we had refused to purchase a car from him when me and my husband was first car shopping sometime back and we decided to stop by to see if they had some new inventory. So long story short Peter comes over with an attitude and started asking questions and getting snappy asking us what car we wanted, what budget were we in and just basically short convo. And stating to us “No let’s look at 1 car at a time” even though we wanted to look at 2 others that we liked and he didn’t want to go get the keys for. He is VERY LAZY & Rude He Wanted us to do the foot work & look for the cars while he looked on his phone. After me and my husband decided to seek a different sales representative to assist us Peter than drives by me and my husband and as my husband told him we no longer wished to work with him he immediately got an attitude and did 40 while trying to leave the parking lot while my husband was still talking to him mid conversation He is a VERY RUDE and disrespectful INDIVIDUAL . If you are looking to buy a car please stay away from these Sales reps as they don’t care about the customers all they care about is making a deal and selling a car. The amount of disrespect me and my husband faced today was uncalled for and embarrassing considering there where lots of people out Standing around as this happened to us. No one apologized and no one came to ask us if we were okay. They all stood around just looking and listening to the disrespect we faced today. I was a huge fan of Kia simply because of my mother in law. She has been a Kia car owner for years and recommended us to stop by to check out this dealership but please be aware these people do NOT care about the customers all they care about is making a sale and getting paid. The car could be in a accident in all and they don’t care all they say is “ It’s a good car and you have a 90 day warranty”…. please shop elsewhere as this establishment is horrible. If I could give -10 stars I most definitely would. Today was my last time ever stepping foot at this disgusting place. As a sales Rep you know that you aren’t going to make every customer happy and that your not going to sell a car everyday but to take your anger out on the customer just because we didn’t buy from you the first time is complete xx & It shows what type of person you really are. I take my 24 Sportage to this dealer because of their work quality and professionalism of their entire staff. I got hit with the whole “sorry, we could not duplicate it” as the correction. As being one that’s in the business- I understand how customers get upset when it’s “not doing it” when you take it in. I certainly understand this is not the dealers policy, but it is simply every manufacturers policy that the condition must be present and evident before it will be covered under warranty. But I still want to applaud the guys at the dealership as they did as I asked in the turnaround time was fantastic. A+ More
I brought my 2023 KiA Sportage with air-conditioned, issue, OSLEIDYS LOPEZ did the check in on my vehicle she was very attentive and polite , also very knowledgeable in the field, she took her time to issue, OSLEIDYS LOPEZ did the check in on my vehicle she was very attentive and polite , also very knowledgeable in the field, she took her time to explain all the process, she also help me to get a loaner vehicle , my vehicle air-conditioned was fixed an less them 24 hours. Had a recall notice, made appt for the next week and dropped car. Cristian was service rep. Check in quick and they arranged courtesy car service since several hours were involved to update hybrid sof dropped car. Cristian was service rep. Very efficient and exactly as scheduled. What customer want to receive from dealer and I was fully satisfied. Since involved recall there was no charge. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and efficient. More
We just bought a brand new Kia Telluride from GALEANA KIA. The General Manager agreed that even though it’s not customary for their dealership to order custom floor mats for a vehicle, he would approve KIA. The General Manager agreed that even though it’s not customary for their dealership to order custom floor mats for a vehicle, he would approve them if I agreed to pay $100.00 dollars of the cost. We did the deal and GALEANA ordered the floor mats that I had shown him on my phone. Or so we thought!! When we received the mats they were a universal fit but, not the custom mats we agreed upon. . . No big deal but when I informed them of their mistake the General Manager would not return my calls. I waited several weeks and then decided to visit the dealership. To my surprise, the General manager, in front of his whole staff, treated me horrific. Hearing his boss adamantly deny the terms of our agreement, our Salesman could only turn and walk away. The General manager put on a clinic for all his staff to see how not to treat a customer. I was denied a refund of my 100 dollars. I wouldn’t recommend a dealership that treats a new customer in this matter. I asked the General Manager for the Owners name and number but i was denied. I thought it might be a good idea to tell the owner how his customers are being treated. It’s not a lot of money but it makes you wonder if they may be dishonest in other ways. I will definitely avoid business with them in the future. More

This is why you see good reviews when they are actually rude, narcissists that think their mistakes are the cusotmers fault. They will blame you for everything. There are many other dealerships within 15 minutes go somewhere else save yourself the hassle. More
I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at 8:15am on Saturday morning. I called to check on the vehicle at 10:30am and could not get through to anyone, had to leave a message and requested a c 8:15am on Saturday morning. By 12:30pm I had heard nothing so I called again to be told they "think they were just starting to look at my vehicle," 4 hours after the appointment time I made. I made the appointment first thing in the morning so I could use my vehicle later in the day. The technician didn't seem too concerned, said he didn't know, he was just trying to get all of the people who stay with their vehicles out first. I have been servicing my vehicle here since the day I bought it in 2020. Because of the downward direction in the quality of service I will no longer be taking my vehicle there. Additionally, I have been quite dissatisfied with the Telluride performance in general and do NOT recommend this vehicle make and model to others. It has had issues with the software for the display screen since the very first day I bought it, I have also attempted to have this fixed by Kia but was told they do not offer that service (then who does?) Poor quality experience all around. UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: It is now 1:30pm and I just received a call from the person in charge today to let me know they actually did NOTHING to my vehicle and they are asking if they can hold onto it until Tuesday, 3 days from now so that they might have the time to get around to looking at it. DO NOT USE GALEANA KIA FOR ANY VEHICLE PURCHASES OR SERVICE APPOINTMENTS! The service is absolute trash. I will also add the fact that I made the last payment on my vehicle’s 4 year loan in July and now that it is August, the check engine light has come on (was the issue I scheduled the vehicle maintenance for to begin with). Isn’t that ironic? More
