The sales person, TJ, did not use any high pressure tactics. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then worked to give me options from which I could choose. Management worked to get me approved for financing despite not-so-great credit. I was extremely upside down in my trade and they gave me the max for my car. They got me the car I wanted with the payment I wanted and only the money down that I stated up front. The finance person was exceptionally friendly and personable. A different sales person, Mike, delivered the car and was very thorough and professional as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I feel like I got a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. More
