Service department isn’t great unfortunately. Was told at my Saturday appointment I would be called Monday to schedule a repair follow up appointment. Did not hear from the rep Monday or Tuesday, Was told at my Saturday appointment I would be called Monday to schedule a repair follow up appointment. Did not hear from the rep Monday or Tuesday, called Wednesday and left a message for the rep at 8am, still never heard back. Called again Thursday morning for the service manager, didn’t hear from the manager but then finally heard from the rep (via text) and still have no resolution on the appointment needing to be scheduled. This is not even the first issue I’ve had with the service department, it’s exhausting. More

The front end work on my end was as simple as dialing their number and being transferred to service where the first person I talked t professionally.
