Service team was very helpful and communicated in a timely manner. Work was completed as requested but pricing was significantly more than at another garage. Recall was handled and a loaner was provide timely manner. Work was completed as requested but pricing was significantly more than at another garage. Recall was handled and a loaner was provided during that time. No complaints about the service team, they were 10/10. Call center isn’t great - it’s east to see they read scripts am don’t truly know the vehicles. I can’t ever get someone on the phone in service - I have opted to drive the half hour and speak face to face. Opportunity to do a lot of improvement in the customer experience in this area. I’m happy to provide some CX training if you’d like. More
