They phoned next day to say part was late but they would be finished by late afternoon. I arrived about 15 minutes after their office closing time of 6 pm due to horrible traffic on I-65 N, but several Miracle employees were working late and got me checked out - "service with a smile". So - QUALITY SERVICE and PLEASANT CAPABLE STAFF - it really is a miracle! More

I was skeptical, but I called and spoke with Mike Woodruff. I told him my current situation, and he promised to help me and do everything he could to get me into a new vehicle. I completed the online credit app that day, and he text me by 5:00 asking if I could come in to look at their inventory. I am a teacher so I told him I could be there the next day afterschool. I went in the next day after 4:30, and I drove it off the lot that evening. :-) Mike did such an awesome job finding rebates so that I could get the Dodge Journey SXT. I was looking at the base model, and he got me one that was loaded! I am BEYOND satisfied with Mike and the Miracle dealership staff. Everyone was more than accommadating. I highly recommend Miracle!
