SERVICE DEPARTMENT I received a coupon in the mail to get my car service at a discount price at another dealership. I started to make an appointment and go. Before I called and made the appointment I called and talked to Drew in service and after talking to him I thought why go somewhere else because Drew always made sure my car was in great shape before letting me leave the dealership. So, I took the forty minute drive to Gallatin. When I arrived I was acknowledged by name and treated like I was their only customer. They also had someone that I did not know in service, Glen, who was also very nice. As usual Drew made sure my car was in top shape and at a GREAT reasonable price. One negative thing: Drew had my car running so smoothly that I did not realize that I was driving 20 miles over the speed limit until I received a speeding ticket. lol If you want your car fixed correctly and running smoothly go see Drew at Miracle Chrysler Dodge in the Service Department, More

Very pleased with shopping experience for new vehicle I found the perfect vehicle for me on the web site for Miracle Jeep in Gallatin. I talked to Kayla and made an appointment to come in. I was imp I found the perfect vehicle for me on the web site for Miracle Jeep in Gallatin. I talked to Kayla and made an appointment to come in. I was impressed with Patrick Strum's knowledge of the vehicles. The whole process of filling out the paperwork and taking a test drive went very smoothly. Chris Austin was very efficient also. I felt comfortable in the Finance Dept., not rushed. I like the ringing of the bell when I came out of the Finance office. (Took me by surprise.) Patrick patiently explained all the features inside and out. He demonstrated how different features worked. He said to call him with any questions. The last vehicle I owned was a Jeep Liberty, which I had it for ten years. Before that I had a Cherokee Chief. Since I had two great vehicles in Jeep. I decided to look again. I love my Jeep Renegade and it is a pleasure to drive. My thanks again to Patrick and Chris for a pleasant shopping experience. More
