I visited many dealers that I wasn't satisfied with the way they treating me. I often checked out dealerships online inventories, I searched out what Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep online inventory. I found a vehicle that I was interested in, then I submitted my interest on this vehicle and it wasn't long at all before I got a call from them. We set up a appointment time and I'm very happy that I tried these guys. The dealerships I had visited earlier was only concerned with the way they wanted to conduct their business, they were not concerned for what I wanted. The Guys at Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep listen to every word I said, a refreshing change from my earlier experiences. Terri, Kevin and Chris worked their butts off for to give me just exactly what I wanted and was looking for. My hat is off to these guys, great job. I am very happy with the way they treated me and the final results they gave me, WOW, what a great experience. Not Bad, But Not Impressed Hi, I had an oil change and tire rotation done today (11/15/2014) at Miracle Chrysler in Gallatin. The staff there was very friendly, however for Hi, I had an oil change and tire rotation done today (11/15/2014) at Miracle Chrysler in Gallatin. The staff there was very friendly, however for routine service, the end experience left me unimpressed. My vehicle was returned to me with the tire (low) sensor on. I went back to the service representative, and he kindly indicated that it would just take time for the pressure to build back up and for the sensor to go off. While he is correct in some regard, that was not the issue. The tires were low to begin with and he kindly dismissed my concern. Well, by the end of the day, it was still on and I had to make an extra stop and fill the tires myself. The sensor is now off. It was very inconvenient. I also noticed the valve cap to two of my tires were missing. Again, nothing critical, it was just sloppy work and little irritating. Lastly, from a customer experience perspective, after spending $80 dollars and waiting 45 minutes, it would be nice if the dealership would run the vehicle through the wash quick once they are done with their work on it. She exemplifies integrity , honesty and truthfulness which are extremely rare qualities in the car buying industry today. She is always positive and upbeat which is contagious and it placed my husband and I at a level of confidence, relaxation and excitement immediately. We also especially enjoyed the personal attention of the Upper Management at Miracle Chrysler as well. We were overly impressed by the fact the General Manager, Mark Ledford, introduced himself to us, and also took a seat and made us feel like we were the most important and only customers in the dealership. Buy a car from Kevin Lee While visiting family in Gallatin, my family and I stopped by Miracle Dodge Jeep to look at a black Wrangler Rubicon that had just been put out in the While visiting family in Gallatin, my family and I stopped by Miracle Dodge Jeep to look at a black Wrangler Rubicon that had just been put out in the lot. Not certain of which vehicle would be best for us, we spent several hours at the dealership test driving and making important decisions. We were there long enough to drive anyone crazy. Our salesman Kevin Lee never once acted like we were wasting his time and was happy and informative the entire time. We purchased the vehicle and drove it home (over an hour away). On the drive home we recognized some issues in control, due to the lift kit being installed earlier that afternoon. Kevin volunteered to drive to our location to pick up the Jeep and get it adjusted. He left us a loaner vehicle and promised that he would make sure that we were completely satisfied. He has been incredible. Go buy a vehicle from this friendly and knowledgeable salesman!! More

I'm in a great 2014 Charger and couldn't be happier. Lifetime Warranty on the big stuff and free maintenance were the icing on the cake of a truly great experience and took a HUGE burden off of me. I don't worry about being stranded or repair bills I can't handle; 100% peace of mind is a power thing. I've stopped driving my wife nuts too :-). Chris More

Service..... these folks are very attentive especially Jimmy carter I do trust him as he has been there since they were across from the elementary school on north water. other than the sign which is standard (service)so are they. in other terms average. There is no zing the something special is not there that makes them outshine anyone else. you can go anywhere and get the same thing. It would be nice to have the front seat car mats cleaned out. or the windshield cleaned or a quick outside wash, something that will put them ahead of the line. EXAMP. I picked up my truck which they had parked in the back( not a problem) but while trying to get the truck up to the service exit they got mud on the truck., all on the rear of the truck. They could have just washed it off with the hose. what I received was " "I'm not use to the automatic on the column I was looking for the shifter on the floor.". No mention of the mud on the tires or the side of the truck. No zing not average. Price for repairs.... I can't see how retired folks can afford to fix their cars? Sorry here , competitive pricing? I can not see where the transmission would total ABOUT 5 K. Re-manufactured. Jasper or original. 3yrs. or 30,000 miles. I know they have to make money nothing wrong with that but warranty is exact as another service but at a less price. I have always recommended this dealership it has been very good, especially to me but if they want their customers to return over and over for service work they will need to compete to keep their customers and add some ZING. I was very disappointed. 12/10/14 just returned from picking up my truck. my second opinion saved me thousands. my problem was dirty cables and connections which make my transmission shift to get a higher rpm and charge the batteries.
