This was an amazing car-buying experience! I had been looking for a very specific jeep since February of 2012. I had an extremely bad experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Franklin in Franklin, TN. One of my friends referred me to Miracle and told me they were the best. She purchase her jeep there in 2011. Although the drive was awful (50 miles from my job in Franklin!!), the team was incredible. I had been talking back and forth with Terri via phone and text, finding out info about the inventory, etc. When I got there, I worked with John Small, who was WONDERFUL! He was knowlegable about the products and fun to work with. Bert and Chris worked out my financing for me and they were courtesy and professional. Needless to say, I will send all of my friends and neighbors there if they are in the market for a new vehicle. It's nice to be treated with respect at a dealership. I had went to a dealership I had previously bought cars from looking to buy a used car. Wanted to keep my payments at a reasonable rate. I was one of the first to arrive at the dealership that morning. I test drove the vehicle, started on the paperwork, and then was made to sit and wait. I had one person ahead of me. I was made to wait 4 or more hours just to find out nothing. By this time the dealership was hopping with alot of people. I guess selling the new cars was more important than selling me a used one. I was told to go home and they would call me tomorrow. I came home aggravated and frustrated with my experience. That's when Terri Appleton contacted me and asked why I didn't stop by Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I told her the vehicle I was looking for was out of my price range, and explained my aggravation with the other dealership. She asked me to come give Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep a chance. She promised me my experience would be totally different with them. After talking a while, I decided to give them a chance. So I was informed to see Keith when I got there. When I got there, it was like Keith was waiting on me. He gave me his undivided attention, and went straight to work for me. In less than 45 minutes, he wasn't putting me in the vehicle I came to look at but rather trying to put me in a brand new car instead. When I left there that night, I was driving my very own 2013 Dodge Dart with all the bells and whistles. I was so impressed with the friendly service I had from Terri, Keith, Bert, Thomas and Tim that I brought my mother down with me the next day and she purchased herself a car as well. I can not say enough about the people who work there, and how it doesn't matter to them whether you're buying a new or used car, you are treated the same. These people work for you to get you what you want. I had an excellent experience with them. They are an excellent team. This is my one stop car shop. I will never buy from another dealership. THESE GUYS ROCK!!! Oh I almost forgot... The other dealership called me the next morning and told me I would have to put more money down on that used vehicle before they could put me in it. I proudly said,"that's okay, I went by Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep last night and I'm driving a 2013 Dodge Dart today." Their reply was "oh okay." Miracle Ford didn't want my business, Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep did. They did everything they said they would do. These people are AWESOME!!! More
