“Purchased” a car from them and one of us signed the paperwork but the primary (me) had not. We had the car for a week and I went to Indiana and was on my way straight to the dealership to sign for it. paperwork but the primary (me) had not. I was made to feel like it was my fault. Husband was lied to about what info I was told. And was lied to about reasons of why we couldn’t get an extended warranty/service plan. Told I just needed to sign the paperwork to have everything handled and not worry about the engine bc if I went to them…it would be fine. “The engine is covered” They were insistent they couldn’t have me towed to Tennessee bc it would be like “8000” when the engine was about to explode from lack of oil. It had already seized several times before finally breaking down on me on the side of the freeway. An officer had to take me to a truck stop. My husband had to drive 3 1/2hrs AFTER WORK IN A STORM to pick me up. I was told to purchase extra oil to get the car back home. I used that extra oil and still ended up on the side of the highway. Their excuse was it was the weekend and wanted me wait til MONDAY….it was Saturday. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PPL. I have all the texts saved and the convo recorded and I also had help and witnesses from another CDJR in Indiana that did more for me than they in gallatin did. Miracle wanted to complain about the lack of staff and service I received in Indiana but they are the ones who were trying to sell me a car and wanted me to come out of pocket and to figure this crap show out. And I did. The very next day I went to Franklin CDJR and bought the Limited version of the car 2 years NEWER with a lower payment and lower interest and ALL of the warranties that I asked for and it’s CPO. So I dodged a bullet with this place. More
