Set up an appointment for recall snd service on 1/27/23 at 8 am. Arrived early and was told my vehicle would be ready at lunchtime. I bought a used 2014 Kia Sorento from Cody Simms. I test drove this vehicle and brought it back. When I got out the truck I notice the the finder was loose and the back end of the car has a few scrat I test drove this vehicle and brought it back. I asked Cody had this vehicle ever been In a reck he said no let me get you the car fax. I was then pressure really hard and fast to close this deal. When I got home I notice the head lights and windshield wippers didnt work so I took it back to them they kept the car for 30 days and I told them that i didnt want this truck. CODY SAID JUST KEEP IT AND YOU CAN TRADE IT BACK IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS. 6 MONTHS OF HAVING THIS TRUCK THE ENGINE WENT OUT. After getting this replaced I went to get and appraisal to find out that this Vehicle has been in a MAJOR RECK WITH FRAME STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. So again reached out to the dealership to speak with the Manager he refuses to contact me back. 2 yrs have I have been going round and round for almost now. No one will trade this Vehicle and My APR is 26% on a piece of Junk. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! CODY SIMMS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
