We understand your frustration when purchasing an “as is” vehicle and then later having problems. All used vehicles that we sell are driven and road tested before being given over for possession. It’s our only intent that nothing ever goes wrong with a vehicle. However, we know that it is possible that these machines will sometimes experience mechanical faults once in possession of its new owner.

Your very wrong on your response. Your team never did a inspection on the Jeep as I have pictures to take to a attorney and the state to show how your company sells vehicles. I have yet never received a call from a owner so I understand that’s how they operate both dealerships. You all need to get your stuff straightened out before responding back on what y’all do. I asked for the inspection sheet and it’s funny you didn’t have one because that’s why you sold a vehicle that has a cut seatbelt that would break if we got in a wreck but we do see your dealership don’t care about that. I guess you need to investigate your issues before lies keep coming out. Also look into why things can’t get ordered like they should and when you have a employee quitting because how you treat them you have no access on there emails and your upper management lied on that also. Maybe your company can get the owners to set up a meeting and as a customer I can show them what there missing. I have requested a call from one of them but I can understand if they don’t care about customer service either.
